This is our second relocation experience, and we were pleased with the services we received with our ... realtor in our past sale. We firmly thought of using that agent again for this move, as well. However, when we met with Sonia, we were extremely impressed by her presentation, passion, and knowledge of the Warren housing market. Thus, we chose her to represent us in the sale of our home. Because the economy has been so bad I contemplated for several months if I should sell my home or not. After speaking with Sonia, she immediately eased all my anxiety and helped me with making the right decision. While showing my home she presented herself in a very courteous and professional manner. Her enthusiasm and dedication helped to sell my home within 5 weeks. The new buyers wanted to be in the home within 30 days, so it was imperative that I find another home as soon as possible. Sonia's patience and persistence helped me to find the perfect home at the Four Seasons. She then recommended Fred Wilkinson who also did a fantastic job on getting me a low interest rate. All went well until closing day. On the day of closing, the Association did not provide the completed paperwork in order for the closing to finalize. Sonia contacted the appropriate people and made sure everyone had the papers needed for closing. Both Sonia and Fred enabled my closing to go smoothly. I'm sure you know that the real estate business is very competitive, and is actually quite complicated with many variables entering the picture. I'm writing to inform you that you have one of the VERY BEST sales associates working for you. Her name is Sonia Brenner, and she is absolutely the finest...first class all the way. I've met other real estate agents in the past, so I do have broad knowledge of what is involved in the listing and selling of real properties. My significant other and I had to sell two town homes and then purchase a home in Tewksbury, contingent on the selling of both our town homes. All of this had to happen in about two and a half months.
